Rohto Hadalabo is a skin care range that uses only the purest ingredients for whitening and hydrating. Rohto Hadalabo aims at improving and maintaining the condition of your skin to create young, dewy and healthy look.

A joint collaboration between Mentholatum Co. in US and Rohto Phamaceutical Co. in Japan, Rohto Hadalabo creates several skin care series for dull and uneven skin tone, dry and dehydrated skin and oily, acne prone skin.

Please note that we carry 2 versions of Rohto Hadalabo and we import them from US (a distributor for Japanese skin care), Japan, Taiwan and Hong Kong. You might see Chinese, English or Japanese product description on packaging. For product imported from HK or Taiwan, you will see "Licensed by Rohto Pharmaceuticals Japan and manufactured by the Mentholatum Company" with expiry date printed on the packaging, while others do not have expiry date at all.

What is it? This whitening toner contains unique whitening ingredient Ino Zyun, Vitamin C and Arbutin that suppress the production of melanin to prevent freckles, dark spots and improve dull and damaged skin that caused by sun exposure. Combined with hydrating ingredient Hyaluronic acid Na-2, this toner refreshes and softens your skin for glowing result.

No fragrance, no mineral oil, no coloring, alcohol free, hypoallergenic

How to use?
Use after cleansing. Put some in palm or use cotton pad to saturate the lotion. Gently pat on the skin until it is absorbed. Use moisturizer afterwards for a complete protection.
