This waterproof sunscreen with SPF46 which can block UVA and UVB effectively and also enhance the natural glow of your skin. It is tested by Shiseido that the product can protect your skin for 80 mins under water which proofs that the product can provide excellent waterproof and sebum resistant for long, lasting results. It can be used under makeup as makeup base for smooth and silky finish. Contains hydrating ingredient that prevent your skin from drying out during the day.

This is 2011 version of Shiseido Anessa Sunscreen. This product is imported from Taiwan but manufactured by SHISEIDO, JAPAN. You will see Chinese description, production and expiry dates and English ingredient list printed on the box. Due to the differences of custom regulation and market concern, the packaging of Anessa is contained in a gold, paper box instead of plastic pouch that available in Japan. That being said, the formulations of Taiwan and Japan are the same.

For 60ml, Shiseido Anessa Super Sunscreen Cleansing EX and Shiseido Anessa SPF46, we will send out Taiwan version as seen on product pages.

For 25ml, Babycare Sunscreen, Anessa Foundation, Perfect Hair Sunscreen, we will send out Japan version as seen on product pages.

How to use?
Shake well before use. Apply it after cleansing, toning and moisturizing as the last step of skincare regimen.
Prior to reapplication during the day, dry the skin and absorb excess sebum for better application.
Can be used under makeup.

Question: I have a question regarding Anessa sun products by Shiseido. I figured there are a couple of items( that looked similar and the same SPF, but different colors of the package) and I would love to know what is a major difference between each item. I kind of narrowed it down to Anessa mild sunscreen, Anessa baby care sunscreen and Anessa Pearly perfect Sunscreen. I have been using DDF product for a while and it suited well for my sensitive skin.

I want something not completely matte so I can also use it under makeup as a moisturizer and does not dry my skin. Little bit of whip cream type texture would be preferred. Can you recommend which product (among the three I mentioned) would be suitable for me? Also can adult use baby sunscreen?

Answer: Those sunscreen are in liquid and light weight texture so they are suitable for all skin types.

If you are looking for a sunscreen that can be used under foundation with subtle glowing result, I will suggest Anessa Pearly Perfect Sunscreen. Here are the active ingredients of this product:

Zinc Oxide, Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamte, Titanium Dioxide, Octocrylene, Phenylbenzimidazole Sulfonic Acid

For Babycare sunscreen, it also contains Zinc Oxide and this product is suitable for adult and sensitive skin.

Since you have sensitive skin, I will suggest a physical sunscreen which reflect UVA/UVB rather than totally absorb ultraviolet light. Therefore, you may consider sunscreen with Zinc Oxide or Titanium Dioxide which is contained in Anessa Sunscreen series.
